Tim Romanowsky
Tim Romanowsky (*1981) lives and works in Leipzig. His works are often fragile in their creation, yet bold and vibrant in their color and form, held together by recurring elements or color moods. They offer brief glimpses into a constant flow and invite openness and deeper engagement from image to image.
Geometry, dissolved forms, and natural elements define his pictorial worlds. By deconstructing, collaging, and layering different elements, Romanowsky develops a visual language that integrates drawings, surfaces, and post-graffiti roots. This results in a collage-like logic in composition and coloration that binds his works together.
